Luxurious Private Offices in Mayfair

Kitesgrove was commissioned to re-design a Grade II listed townhouse in the heart of London’s Mayfair, restoring the building from a semi-derelict state into a suite of offices in the style of a residential townhouse with a quietly luxurious aesthetic. Kitesgrove was careful to retain and repair historical elements of the building where possible which included reinstating historically accurate architectural detailing and a showstopping cantilevered stone staircase. The project involved a complete renovation, overseeing the reconfiguration of the space as well as a full refurbishment and decoration. The design incorporated carefully curated bespoke furniture, lighting, accessories and soft furnishings specified from brands renowned for craftsmanship and quality. The result is a professional space with a quiet sense of luxury that feels sophisticated and inviting for staff and visitors alike.

Historic Office Conversion

Kitesgrove was appointed to assist in the transformation of a listed sawmill conversion to create a unique office space with sustainability and responsible design at its core.
Our brief was to breathe new life into the historic building to create an inspiring & creative working environment, drawing inspiration from local surroundings and incorporating natural materials while celebrating existing features and historic, industrial details. Kitesgrove was careful to curate schemes that were practical to the client’s needs, collaborating with a wider professional team to secure the optimal layout so as to deliver on the brief for a more collaborative workspace.
A key element of the brief was to create design concepts that were flexible and timelessly contemporary, avoiding obvious trends and fads, so that the scheme remained aesthetically relevant for years to come and allowed the office spaces to grow and evolve over time. With sustainability at the forefront, Kitesgrove were careful to champion British craftsmanship and suppliers throughout so as to reduce the carbon footprint. The result is an inviting and inspiring working environment that has been sensitively designed and carefully curated using sustainable, locally sourced materials and furnishings.

Kitesgrove x Casa La Siesta

Set within the rich southern Spanish landscape of Andalusia, sits the beautiful boutique hotel, Casa La Siesta, created by Bert & May founder Lee Thornley. Kitesgrove was invited to redesign a suite at the hotel, and worked closely with the in-house design team to create a space imbued with quiet luxury and Spanish charm inspired by the bountiful surroundings.

Cotswolds Farmshop

In a 100 year old building that was once the area’s local police station, chef and founder of The Cotswold Guy Christopher Davey enlisted Kitesgrove to design his new farm shop and coffee bar. Kitesgrove devised a pared back interior scheme that focusses on quality, natural materials, comfort, handcrafted details and authenticity. Choosing natural finishes such as wood, marble, leather and ceramics, and incorporating reclaimed materials and antique pieces, Kitesgrove has given the space a deliberately understated and welcoming.

Cotswolds Delicatessen & Cafe

Kitesgrove has designed a new delicatessen and café in the heart of Oxfordshire countryside for the second location of The Cotswold Guy. Continuing the collaborative partnership between Kitesgrove and The Cotswold Guy founder, chef Christopher Davey, the studio has brought the same thoughtful, pared-back approach to the design which focuses on natural materials,  a selection of antique furniture and complemented by an earthy colour palette of soft neutrals. The introduction of thoughtful details such as the handmade crockery by local ceramicist Sue Pryke provides an understated and relaxed environment, ideal for enjoying food and company in an intimate setting, or hosting larger events. Kitesgrove wanted to create an elevated and immersive shopping experience that guides customers through the selection of fresh produce as well as providing an inviting and comfortable place to spend time enjoying it.

King's Road Office

A welcoming and adaptable open plan office, designed for three sister companies, specialising in Capital Management, Property Management and Interior Design. The open plan layout is complimented by a series of private meeting rooms and a library, which acts as the design hub for the interior design company and its clients.
